Stress Relief - Aromatherapy Roll On
A pocket-sized jasmine blend for stress.
Enter a different zone, away from the anxiety and pressures of everyday life, as mind and body take in the deep, meditative effects of essential oils.
Stress Relief is a synergistic blend of essential oils of jasmine, patchouli, nutmeg and neroli, carried in cold-pressed sweet almond oil. Use it to decompress after a long day, to take a short break in a stressful moment, or to set the mood before something relaxing like yoga or painting.
Aromatherapy works through inhalation and absorption. Essential oils contain volatile compounds; molecules that reach the brain affect the limbic system, which governs mood. They are also small enough to pass through the skin, and the skin at pulse points is thinner, with blood vessels closer to the surface.
