A blend of essential oils of Jasmine, Patchouli, Nutmeg and Neroli, to calm down frayed nerves.
Sharp Focus
A blend of Pink Grapefruit, Rosemary, Cedarwood and Basil to help you clear the mind-fog and concentrate with blinkers on.
All blends have base of Sweet Almond Oil.

How it works
Aromatherapy works through inhalation and absorption.
Essential oils contain volatile compounds. Molecules that enter the nose or mouth pass to the lungs, and from there, to other parts of the body. As the molecules reach the brain, they affect our limbic system.
The molecules in the essential oils are small enough to allow them to penetrate through the skin. The skin near pulse points is thinner, hence the blood vessels are closer to the skin surface.
One of the most satisfactory aspect of using essential oils, is that they enter and leave the body with great efficiency, leaving no toxins behind.
How to use
Apply aromatherapy roll-ons at the pulse points.
To further accentuate the effect, inhale the blend from your skin or directly from the bottle.

I expected more :(
A highly underrated, but GREAT product!
This was my 1st purchase from foreverearth and I purchased it impulsively because that time I was in a very stressful work period, working on an important project day and night. I thought these might help, and they did. I had been sleeping for just about 3 hours a day and whenever I would go to office tired in the mornings, sharp focus and stress relief roll on helped me al lot, words cannot do justice to how much they helped me cope up with things. I keep the sound sleep roll on next to my bed and the other two in my office drawers. Even my colleagues use the stress relief and sharp focus roll ons from my drawer! I thank Isha for coming up with such a unique product that is the need of any working person today.
This is my first experience with aromatherapy roll ons and its been amazing. I received the set on a day I was very anxious, and the stress relief one with Jasmine in it just put my fears to rest . There are days when I am not able to sleep, and apply the sound sleep which is equally calming . It actually does help me sleep better. Sharp focus I use for my daughter, as exams are on.
